I've been using about 10 pair of some adidas socks that i got about a year ago all at the same time. those socks are good since they are thin and also fully synthetic however one very big negative is that because the acrylic content is higher they start to pil almost immediately. At first i didn't give this much thought. they're just socks right? but after about a year of use (only washing and air drying too) about 8 out of 10 pairs have holes so big you can fit a silver dollar in it.adidas Women's Climalite X II 2-Pack Low Cut Sock (pretty much any climalite sock model is a big NO NO! First they don't move around on my feet. The heel stays put as does the toe regardless of what I'm doing and second, the gray bottom doesn't show dirt. I like white socks and I have two dogs who tend to keep my floors in a constant need of being washed. Some days, regular white socks get filthy and my washer/detergent just doesn't ever get these socks pristine white again. Bleach can be terribly hard on socks, so I prefer not to use it. Instead I get these socks and they stay new looking for a long time.I did not purchase my socks at Amazon. I tried to, but twice I was sent the Large size when I had requested Medium. So I sent the socks back and went to a local store for the purchase instead. The return was easy, just annoying.
