I bought these for a combination of running (I wear vibrams and need socks for anything over 8 miles) and work (since socks seem to help with the vibram footstank[tm] - and now it's winter).Pros: Definitely the price, as other toe socks I've seen are anywhere from 10-15$ a pair. There's no heel cup in these, which means you can just grab 2 socks and put them on. I've had issues where all but one of my left socks would disappear for a week...it makes wearing a pair of socks rather difficult when you only have ones for one foot. These aren't cotton. If you run or hike, you know why this is awesome. Given four stars instead of five since they are a little thinner than I would have liked, but they still hold up well. Well worth the investment.
