3 of 3 people found the following review helpful Perfect sock for comfort and style, October 24, 2011 By  Rick - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Gold Toe Men's English Ribbed Lisle Non-Elastic Sock (Apparel) I've been wearing these non-elastic-top socks for decades, and they are the only really comfortable socks I've found, and I've tried many. Somehow they stay in place without making groves on your leg. My only minor complaint is that they don't come in many colors, but I'm still totally sold on them for a dress sock. This review is from: Gold Toe Men's English Ribbed Lisle Non-Elastic Sock (Apparel) Gold Toe is probably my favourite brand of sock. They're comfortabcotton, with no elastic, and they last. I highly recommend them. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you?  Report abuse | Permalink  Comment

6 of 6 people found the following review helpful Sheer Pantyhose, March 9, 2010 By  Kelli "Kelli K" (Central US) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Hanes Women's Control Top Reinforced Toe Silk Reflections Panty Hose (Apparel) I love Hanes Silk Reflections pantyhose. I have been wearing them for over 15 years, I have tried others but keep coming back to Hanes. I love the feel and looks of them they fit me perfectly and still look good after a long day. They feel wonderful on my legs and feel great under my clothes whether I am wearing slacks or a skirt. They are also very durable for such a sheer pair of pantyhose. As an Amazon Prime member I used the 2 day free shipping and received the package on time and in good shape. This review is from: Hanes Women's Control Top Reinforced Toe Silk Reflections Panty Hose (Apparel) They feel silky and soft on the legs and they were fairly comfortable. Goes very nicely with formal wear. They gave a little warmth too for the evening function I wore them to. The price was reasonable for the quality as well. Bradley-McCabe "Erykah" (PA United States) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Hanes Women's Control Top Reinforced Toe Silk Reflections Panty Hose (Apparel) The color on these hose is perfect for dark skinned girls. I have a beautiful but large tattoo on my leg and the hose mutes it enough to look professional/dressed-up without distorting my actual skin color. Also I have a lot of children from infant to pre-teen and typically my hose snags before I even leave the house. These stayed in tact for the whole event, the drive home AND a new event Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you?  Report abuse | Permalink  Comment

35 of 36 people found the following review helpful Good, November 15, 2007 By  Heidi Allen (Lander, Wy. USA) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Sheer Lace Top Stockings With Back Seam (Apparel) Though not what I was looking for, it is still a good quality and price. I wish the description had been more expansive. I have been wanting some that you can wear without a garter belt and the picture looks that way but it doesn't have the sticky plastic stuff at the top. This review is from: Sheer Lace Top Stockings With Back Seam (Apparel) These are better quality than I've been able to find in stores recently. Keep in mind that they do NOT have the plastic/rubber at the top and you WILL need a garter if you're planning on keeping them on and moving in them. Other than that, I'm just going to note that if you're short (I'm 5'2"), they either come up REALLY high on your thigh (I ideally like them to hit mid-thigh) or get a bit scrunched around the knees/ankle. Not a major detail for casual home use (my boyfriend didn't notice), but if you need them for costumes or dancing, it's something to consider. This review is from: Sheer Lace Top Stockings With Back Seam (Apparel) I purchased the lace-top stockings for my wife. I was worried that the 'one-size-fits-all' would prove false, as she is petite. I was delighted to see they looked very nice on her. Then I removed them. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you?  Report abuse | Permalink  Comment
