I work from home and rarely leave the house. Therefore I don't see much point in wearing shoes so I wear socks only. Needless to say, I go through socks like nobody's business. Usually my socks will last a month if I'm lucky.

I bought these in February and have worn one of two pairs every day and there are no holes and the sock is otherwise in great shape. I wish I could leave the house more often and test them in shoes but that's for other reviewers.

I was a little hesitant to pay $15 for a pair of socks but considering all the other socks I haven't had to buy in that intervening time, it's a great deal.

These socks are well padded but they don't make your feet hot. The cool max wicks away any moisture keeping your feet dry and comfortable. I wear my boots 10 to 14 hours a day and great socks are a must for comfort and to prevent fungus infections. These socks exceed my expectations. The only comment I have is why are the prices so high for certain colors; is blue dye really that expensive?

I got these socks based on a review and have used them at work for a few months. I was tired of having my feat beat up by cotten socks so I got these Hiking socks and man what a difference. These things don't get too hot or too cold. They keep my feet dry. I like the way they feel against my skin. And you can wear the same pair for a couple of days before needing to change to a new pair. They don't hold a smell. The full cusion is very nice. It's like walking on a cloud. And to top it off they are made right here in the USA. I love it!

These toe covers used to be great. Nordstrom's used to carry them but stopped. I found them online at Amazon and ordered the 3-pack. At first I liked them. They had been redesigned and I thought they were better than ever. But after just a few wearings, they fell apart. Not worth the price you pay for them.

If you have close toed shoes and need something to stop you from slipping in them, this is your item. It is comfortable, does it's job and easy to clean. I can't believe I have lived without it. If your foot tends to slip in shoes, this will solve the problem.

Pros:
1) This provides a small amount of additional cushioning for ball of foot.
2) Because the nylon covers the areas of your toes that touch the straps on the shoe, it prevents calluses and blisters.
3) It also prevents the suede on the inside of the shoe from being darkened from dirt and flattened by sweat!!
4) It just looks like you are wearing nylons on the toes, but not full stockings so it covers toes, but doesn't appear tacky or obtrusive cause they don't pass the toe straps on the shoes. :)

Cons:
1) Nylon is thin and doesn't last that many wears.
2) Easy to lose/misplace like socks... but worse, cause they are so small.
3) Expensive: $6/pair!!
4) Can't wear these with shoes that have no sling-back or no heel, otherwise, they just have your foot slip and slide around and they don't stay in place.
